定子鐵芯是(shi)(shi)定(ding)(ding)子(zi)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要部件,也是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)磁(ci)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)主要組成部分(fen)。它(ta)是(shi)(shi)由扇(shan)形片(pian)、通(tong)風槽(cao)片(pian)、定(ding)(ding)位(wei)筋(jin)、上(shang)下齒壓(ya)(ya)板(ban)(ban)、拉(la)緊(jin)(jin)螺栓(shuan)及(ji)(ji)托(tuo)(tuo)板(ban)(ban)等零件組成。定(ding)(ding)子(zi)鐵心(xin)(xin)是(shi)(shi)用硅鋼片(pian)沖成扇(shan)形片(pian)疊裝(zhuang)于定(ding)(ding)位(wei)筋(jin)上(shang),定(ding)(ding)位(wei)筋(jin)通(tong)過托(tuo)(tuo)板(ban)(ban)焊于機(ji)座環板(ban)(ban)上(shang),并通(tong)過上(shang)、下齒壓(ya)(ya)板(ban)(ban)用拉(la)緊(jin)(jin)螺栓(shuan)將(jiang)鐵心(xin)(xin)壓(ya)(ya)緊(jin)(jin)成整體而成。鐵心(xin)(xin)也是(shi)(shi)安放繞組的(de)(de)(de)部分(fen),發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)運行時,鐵心(xin)(xin)將(jiang)受到機(ji)械力(li)(li)、熱(re)應力(li)(li)及(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)力(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)綜(zong)合作用。
基本結構
鐵芯沖片
1.鐵芯沖片材料
水輪發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)鐵(tie)芯沖片(pian)材料,通常(chang)采用(yong)(yong)硅(gui)(gui)(gui)鋼(gang)(gang)片(pian)。硅(gui)(gui)(gui)鋼(gang)(gang)片(pian)是(shi)一種含碳量很低的(de)薄(bo)型(xing)鋼(gang)(gang)板。為了(le)得到可行的(de)低磁滯損耗(hao).在特殊控制條(tiao)件下進(jin)行生產。一般純鐵(tie)不(bu)適用(yong)(yong)于交(jiao)變磁場中,主要(yao)因(yin)為其電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率小(xiao),會引起(qi)大的(de)渦流損耗(hao)。加入硅(gui)(gui)(gui)元素后,由(you)于硅(gui)(gui)(gui)與鐵(tie)形(xing)成固溶體型(xing)合(he)金(jin),因(yin)而提高(gao)了(le)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率。硅(gui)(gui)(gui)鋼(gang)(gang)片(pian)就是(shi)利用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率增加,減少由(you)于厚度方向引起(qi)的(de)渦流損耗(hao)。渦流損耗(hao)是(shi)與硅(gui)(gui)(gui)鋼(gang)(gang)片(pian)的(de)厚度成比例的(de),通常(chang)鐵(tie)心(xin)用(yong)(yong)的(de)硅(gui)(gui)(gui)鋼(gang)(gang)片(pian)厚度為0.35~0.5mm。
在(zai)(zai)電機中應用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)硅(gui)(gui)鋼(gang)片分冷軋(ya)(ya)和(he)熱軋(ya)(ya)兩(liang)種。冷軋(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)硅(gui)(gui)鋼(gang)片又分為有取(qu)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)和(he)無取(qu)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)兩(liang)種。有取(qu)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)硅(gui)(gui)鋼(gang)片即(ji)(ji)是(shi)各向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)異性(xing),當磁通方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)軋(ya)(ya)制方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)平(ping)行時,其(qi)(qi)(qi)單(dan)位(wei)損耗特別低,因(yin)此(ci)是(shi)變壓器鐵(tie)心(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種理想材料,但在(zai)(zai)發電機內應用(yong)(yong)時。其(qi)(qi)(qi)范(fan)圍極其(qi)(qi)(qi)有限。無取(qu)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)硅(gui)(gui)鋼(gang)片即(ji)(ji)是(shi)各向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)同性(xing),用(yong)(yong)與(yu)各向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)異性(xing)硅(gui)(gui)鋼(gang)片類似的(de)(de)(de)方法軋(ya)(ya)制而成,在(zai)(zai)軋(ya)(ya)制質量、電氣性(xing)能等(deng)方面與(yu)有取(qu)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)硅(gui)(gui)鋼(gang)片相比較,具有優越性(xing)。因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)(zai)大型(xing)水(shui)輪發電機的(de)(de)(de)定子鐵(tie)心(xin)(xin)沖片上采(cai)用(yong)(yong)各向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)同性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)冷軋(ya)(ya)硅(gui)(gui)鋼(gang)片,已成為普遍的(de)(de)(de)做法。有關發電機使用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)硅(gui)(gui)鋼(gang)片牌號(hao)及性(xing)能可(ke)參考有關規范(fan)或標準。
2.扇形沖片
設(she)計扇形沖(chong)片時(shi).每張沖(chong)片上的(de)槽數(shu)必須為(wei)整(zheng)數(shu),并使片間接縫(feng)(feng)處(chu)不在(zai)齒上。為(wei)避免相鄰扇形沖(chong)片邊(bian)緣搭疊,接縫(feng)(feng)處(chu)應留有0.2~0.25mm的(de)間隙。另外,為(wei)防止(zhi)接縫(feng)(feng)處(chu)槽底錯(cuo)牙損傷繞(rao)組絕(jue)緣,應將(jiang)接縫(feng)(feng)處(chu)的(de)槽底直角處(chu)沖(chong)成30°倒角2mm,
為了裝壓扇形(xing)沖片(pian),在沖片(pian)上開有(you)鴿尾槽或平行四邊形(xing)槽。
考慮到疊片方(fang)便,扇(shan)形片鴿(ge)(ge)尾(wei)槽(cao)應比鴿(ge)(ge)尾(wei)筋尺寸(cun)大1~1.5mm。通(tong)常(chang)每(mei)張扇(shan)形片上(shang)開(kai)有(you)(you)兩個鴿(ge)(ge)尾(wei)槽(cao),即每(mei)張沖片上(shang)有(you)(you)兩根(gen)鴿(ge)(ge)尾(wei)筋。但有(you)(you)一(yi)些電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)因選擇槽(cao)數的原因,也用(yong)一(yi)個半槽(cao),即每(mei)張沖片上(shang)只能布(bu)置(zhi)一(yi)根(gen)半鴿(ge)(ge)尾(wei)筋。設(she)計時,兩根(gen)鴿(ge)(ge)尾(wei)筋之間的距離(li)控制在350~450mm,如果(guo)尺寸(cun)太小,在結(jie)構布(bu)置(zhi)上(shang)會(hui)造成一(yi)定(ding)的困(kun)難。大型水輪發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)也有(you)(you)采用(yong)每(mei)張扇(shan)形片上(shang)開(kai)有(you)(you)三個鴿(ge)(ge)尾(wei)槽(cao),如三峽水電(dian)(dian)(dian)站發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)沖片弦長(chang)1069.9mm,每(mei)張扇(shan)形片上(shang)布(bu)置(zhi)三個鴿(ge)(ge)尾(wei)槽(cao)。
設計(ji)扇(shan)形(xing)沖片(pian)時,首先(xian)要(yao)考慮其疊裝條件,同時必須(xu)合(he)理地選擇扇(shan)形(xing)沖片(pian)的(de)(de)數目和(he)尺寸以及每(mei)片(pian)的(de)(de)槽數。每(mei)張扇(shan)形(xing)沖片(pian)可選的(de)(de)槽數為6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13。但一(yi)般情況下(xia),都選用9、10、11、12等槽數。定子裝壓時.為了(le)(le)避免扇(shan)形(xing)沖片(pian)的(de)(de)接縫(feng)不(bu)集中在一(yi)處(chu),造成不(bu)必要(yao)的(de)(de)附加(jia)氣(qi)隙而影響(xiang)電磁性(xing)能(neng),在疊裝沖片(pian)時需要(yao)交(jiao)錯(cuo)疊裝。為了(le)(le)方(fang)便疊裝,通常采(cai)用1/2交(jiao)錯(cuo)疊裝,但并不(bu)十(shi)分適合(he)。這樣交(jiao)錯(cuo)疊裝,由于接縫(feng)面(mian)的(de)(de)原因使定子軛截面(mian)減少(shao)了(le)(le)一(yi)半,所以在可能(neng)的(de)(de)情況下(xia),采(cai)用1/3、1/4和(he)1/5的(de)(de)交(jiao)錯(cuo)疊裝方(fang)法為宜。
從產生(sheng)軸電流的(de)(de)角度來看,扇形沖片(pian)上、下層之間(jian)的(de)(de)交錯(cuo)疊(die)裝(zhuang)的(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)值影(ying)響較(jiao)大(da),設(she)計時(shi)必須加以考慮(lv)。扇形沖片(pian)疊(die)裝(zhuang)時(shi),接(jie)縫面的(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)目(N)將直接(jie)影(ying)響軸電流的(de)(de)產生(sheng)。當(dang)t0為(wei)2p和N的(de)(de)最大(da)公(gong)約(yue)數(shu)(shu)時(shi),最適(shi)合的(de)(de)情況是(shi) 為(wei)奇數(shu)(shu), 為(wei)偶數(shu)(shu)時(shi)就不利。式(shi)中(zhong):t0為(wei)2p與N的(de)(de)最大(da)公(gong)約(yue)數(shu)(shu)。
3.扇形沖片絕緣
由于沖(chong)(chong)頭和沖(chong)(chong)模之間必須有間隙,在(zai)(zai)沖(chong)(chong)剪時模具的(de)(de)刃口(kou)處產(chan)生剪切和彎(wan)曲,因此沖(chong)(chong)片(pian)的(de)(de)一邊(bian)總是有毛(mao)刺,即(ji)使(shi)在(zai)(zai)新(xin)模具開(kai)始使(shi)用時也存在(zai)(zai),有時沖(chong)(chong)片(pian)的(de)(de)毛(mao)刺最(zui)大可達0.08mm左右。扇(shan)形沖(chong)(chong)片(pian)在(zai)(zai)除去毛(mao)刺后即(ji)進行絕緣(yuan),即(ji)將扇(shan)形沖(chong)(chong)片(pian)在(zai)(zai)涂漆機上(shang)涂上(shang)一層硅鋼片(pian)漆,常用牌號有1611號漆,屬(shu)于A級。F級牌號為133號漆,漆膜厚(hou)度(du)在(zai)(zai)0.015~0.02mm范圍內。扇(shan)形沖(chong)(chong)片(pian)的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)用來限(xian)制(zhi)鐵心中的(de)(de)軸向(xiang)/徑向(xiang)渦流。
通風槽片
大(da)(da)、中(zhong)型(xing)水(shui)輪(lun)發電機大(da)(da)都采用徑向通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)系(xi)統。因此,在(zai)(zai)定(ding)(ding)子鐵心段必(bi)須設計(ji)有(you)一(yi)定(ding)(ding)數量的(de)(de)由(you)通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)構成的(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)溝。通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)由(you)扇(shan)形沖片(pian)(pian)(pian)、通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)(gang)及(ji)襯口(kou)環組成,見圖3.3-21。通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)用的(de)(de)扇(shan)形沖片(pian)(pian)(pian)材料一(yi)般(ban)為0.65mm厚的(de)(de)酸洗鋼(gang)(gang)板。酸洗鋼(gang)(gang)板表面(mian)要求平整、光滑、不(bu)得(de)有(you)氧化皮(pi)或其他污跡。通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)在(zai)(zai)點焊通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)(gang)時,齒(chi)部(bu)易產生變形致使碰(peng)上定(ding)(ding)子繞組。因此,通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)型(xing)需要擴孔(kong),以避免損傷繞組。一(yi)般(ban)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)型(xing)擴孔(kong)在(zai)(zai)直(zhi)徑方向增加(jia)2mm,槽(cao)(cao)(cao)寬方向也增加(jia)2mm左右。通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)在(zai)(zai)齒(chi)部(bu)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)楔部(bu)分(fen)的(de)(de)尺寸,通(tong)(tong)常依據比例圖來(lai)選取,倒角也為60°,選取尺寸的(de)(de)原則是(shi)通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)在(zai)(zai)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)口(kou)部(bu)分(fen)不(bu)碰(peng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)楔。
通風槽(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)是(shi)形(xing)成(cheng)定子通風溝的主要零(ling)件(jian)。采用的通風槽(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)高度(du)規(gui)格有(you)4mm、6mm、8mm和10mm四種,材料有(you)普通Q235鋼(gang)和非磁性鋼(gang)兩(liang)種。通風槽(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)表面(mian)(mian)要求光滑,沒(mei)有(you)縱向(xiang)擦傷(shang)、裂縫、毛(mao)刺和其他外部缺(que)陷;鋼(gang)條(tiao)必須平(ping)直(zhi),無論是(shi)側面(mian)(mian)或水(shui)平(ping)面(mian)(mian)都(dou)不(bu)允許(xu)有(you)波浪(lang)形(xing)彎曲(qu);鋼(gang)條(tiao)上(shang)不(bu)允許(xu)有(you)氧化膜妨礙點焊(han);每米(mi)長度(du)內(nei)鋼(gang)條(tiao)繞縱軸扭轉角度(du)不(bu)允許(xu)大于5°。
過去中(zhong)、小型水(shui)輪發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)常用(yong)(yong)的(de)材料(liao)為(wei)低(di)碳鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)。近(jin)年來(lai),在大、中(zhong)型水(shui)輪發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)中(zhong),特(te)別是內(nei)冷發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji),電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)負荷值越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)高,端部漏(lou)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)通(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)樞電(dian)(dian)流在繞組邊(bian)中(zhong)產生的(de)漏(lou)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)通(tong)(tong),使(shi)通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)中(zhong)存在著(zhu)相當(dang)大的(de)漏(lou)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)通(tong)(tong)。尤其是當(dang)齒(chi)部的(de)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)通(tong)(tong)密度很(hen)高(B0>1.5T)時(shi).在沖片齒(chi)部的(de)通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)對磁(ci)(ci)(ci)通(tong)(tong)形成相當(dang)大的(de)分(fen)支路,造(zao)成通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)內(nei)損耗(hao)增加和(he)(he)發熱。采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)非磁(ci)(ci)(ci)性的(de)合金鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)作(zuo)為(wei)通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang),對減少損耗(hao)將起(qi)到很(hen)大的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)。所以(yi),一些電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)負荷較高的(de)水(shui)輪發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji),都(dou)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)非磁(ci)(ci)(ci)性的(de)合金鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)作(zuo)為(wei)通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)。為(wei)了降低(di)成本,非磁(ci)(ci)(ci)性通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)可只用(yong)(yong)于齒(chi)部。因為(wei)鐵心軛部的(de)漏(lou)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)通(tong)(tong)是很(hen)小的(de),可以(yi)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)普通(tong)(tong)的(de)通(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)。
通風(feng)(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)和(he)襯口(kou)環(huan)現都(dou)采用點焊(han)(han)(han)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)法固(gu)定于扇形(xing)沖(chong)片上,點焊(han)(han)(han)間距一(yi)般在50~60mm為(wei)宜。為(wei)了減小風(feng)(feng)(feng)阻,靠近齒部通風(feng)(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)應(ying)彎成(cheng)內(nei)徑為(wei)R14的(de)(de)(de)圓弧。注意焊(han)(han)(han)通風(feng)(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)時的(de)(de)(de)槽(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)彎頭(tou)不能伸出沖(chong)片,以免(mian)損傷繞組。襯口(kou)環(huan)位(wei)于扇形(xing)沖(chong)片的(de)(de)(de)鴿尾(wei)槽(cao)(cao)處(chu),點焊(han)(han)(han)3點。襯口(kou)環(huan)的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)狀,見圖(tu)3.3-21。點焊(han)(han)(han)通風(feng)(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)和(he)襯口(kou)環(huan)后,在通風(feng)(feng)(feng)槽(cao)(cao)鋼(gang)表面噴(pen)鐵紅醇酸(suan)底漆和(he)淺灰色硝(xiao)基內(nei)用磁(ci)漆各一(yi)層,或按工廠(chang)的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)門規范噴(pen)漆。
